DeVos, Homer - a.k.a., The Poetic Plumber (The Rubiyat)
Bizarre custom press poetry by a guy who billed himself as "The Poetic Plumber". Weird, often spiritual poetry recited non-stop, by memory, for nearly 40 minutes! The whole thing's pretty surreal - picture a plumber sounding like a slightly-rushed and excited Dan Rather, backed by slightly-imposing classical music, reciting such lines as: Up from Earth's Centre through the seventh Gate I rose, and on the Throne of Saturn sate, And many Knots unravel'd by the Road; But not the Knot of Human Death and Fate. You get the idea... sl ringwear.
