Bozo (Bozo And His Rocket Ship)

Amazing two-78 box set of politically incorre adventures by famed clown! Bozo blasts off on his rocket ship, and tells tales of traveling the globe. Capitalizes on all the stereotypes you'd expect from a 1947 pressing (for example, Bozo meets a Ubangi warrior in Africa, and asks him about his lip plate - the "warrior" responds with an absurdly fake accent, all the while backed by corny pseudo-African drums. Just unbelievable!). Script by Walter Hannan, Music by Billy May; features the voice of Pinto Colvig as Bozo. Complete with strange sound effects. Box includes a beautiful 38-page booklet, with colorful drawings and the full script. Disc 1 is missing. Disc 2 has a crack (only produces soft clicks - no sticks or skips). Edge has been gently taped to prevent further damage during shipping. small writing on front cover; one page of the booklet is taped.
