Exploito LP for the "Slenderide" Exercise system - which is basically an early stationary bike. May have been given as a freebie along with purchase of the bike. Bizarro blend of exotica with corny narration (encouraging you to use your imagination and take a musical "tour" of exciting cities, as you pedal along to the music!). And the high-budget cover really does look like they literally spliced several pictures of the lovely model inside a photo of a Slinky!
