Yeah, we've all seen this cover before, but have you looked closely?? Notice where Willie is pointing - see the THIRD HAND nestled snugly under his arm? Hmmmm. Now check out the "dummy" between his legs - that's a mask on top of a real-live woman's head - her right arm's a fake but no doubt that's her left hand poking out from under Willie's arm. YIKES!

(OK, don't look closely for too long - I don't want to get sued for causing psychological damage).
